This group is open to all Philosophical Minneapolitans.

The fundamental purpose of this group is: To progress toward a shared philosophical Understanding, among the participants, of the topic at hand. We will concentrate on defining terms, examining assumptions, constructing reasonable arguments & helpful analogies, and other useful methods for achieving this goal.

The group meetings will be based upon a presentation by a group member about a topic of their choosing, followed by a discussion period. Anyone may present, but it is not a requirement. Any and all topics which can be treated philosophically are game.

Hopefully, together we can create a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere in which we can exchange and expand our knowledge, inquiry, arguments, beliefs, and Understanding of Philosophy.

Anyone interested in presenting a topic or sharing the duties of organizing and managing the group and the meetings: let me know.
