I don't know much about it but I love when you shift something so slightly and it seems to change and better the whole site. It's pretty satisfying. It's one of those, "Why didn't I do that all along?" moments.

Comic Sans. Hehe, just joking. Right now? This is specific though but interacting with Chegg eTextbooks is very frustrating. Log In buttons don't respond. Their mobile app crashes when you switch to another. It just makes it a task to use their online products. Also, the lack of appreciation for good design and online experiences. Most users just don't notice a great page because it is so seamless. Even though a crap ton of work was put into it.
