As all of you probably already know, today is the Atheist Book Club's September Meetup. We will meet at the NORTH Dupont Circle Cosi at 6:30 P.M. There was some confusion last month because there are actually two Cosi in Dupont Circle. We will be meeting at the NORTH Dupont Circle Cosi at[masked]th Street (cross street is R Street). If you are taking the metro, be mindful of the fact that there is both a south exit and a north exit.
Cosi has an outdoor seating as well as the typical indoor seating. It may rain later this evening, so it is probably best to sit in the covered outdoor section. I (as well as others) should have our books out and laying on the table, so we shouldn't be too hard to find. If you have any trouble finding the place and need to reach me, my cell phone number is[masked]-3732.
Today's discussion should be a good one. There has also been a request to read something besides typical new-atheist literature, so that will definitely be up for discussion today. If you haven't read the book, you are still more than welcome to join. These books provide an organized discussion of various topics, but they are certainly topics universal to atheists. Today's meeting looks like it'll be the biggest one yet, with one or more new members joining our ranks!
