Developing 3d applications for Android with Env3d

Details

Suitable for both beginners and experienced developers. Learn about developing 3d Android applications using an open-source platform called Env3d.

Env3d (http://www.env3d.org) was created by Jason Madar in 2007 as a tool to teach computer programming to his university students. Jason hosted a workshop at WCCCE (http://wccce2013.ca/) to demonstrate how easy it is to use it to develop Android applications, and we feel it would be a great segue to sharing it with the local developer community.

Although it has been used as an educational tool in the past, we believe it has great potential to act as a production tool for developers. We will be using it to publish several demo apps over the next few weeks. Check the comments for updates!
