What do you think is wrong with eating animals?
It's inhumane and unnecessary to mistreat and kill animals for human consumption. Our world is selfish and it's something that I don't want to be a part of.
Do you have any Companion Animals?
My apartment is pretty small, but it doesn't stop me from having the whole family together. I have two cats and two dogs, Civ, Alegra, Tilly, and Scruffy. Aside from my husband, they're the sunshines in my life.

How do you define your lifestyle? (eg. vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, etc.)
I've been vegan for 7 years, started off as a vegetarian, dug into animal rights and eventually became a vegan. I love the challenges of coming up with something new in the food industry, it's been a great life changing experience.
What interests you in a vegan diet?
Experimenting. It's always a real treat when you're able to show non-vegans/ vegetarians how a plant-based diet can have an explosion of great flavor. A vegan diet has definitely brought out my passion for food.
