Kitchen Table presents... Latin American Feast!

Kitchen Table (http://www.kitchentableomaha.com/) is a new downtown farm-to-table restaurant that everyone has been raving about. And it's very Vegan-friendly! Colin and Jessica Duggan opened Kitchen Table a month ago, but they seem like old pros. Here's the menu they've created for this very special evening.

First course
Duet of Grilled Vegetable Guacamole Tacos: puffed brown rice, shaved kohlrabi "tortilla"
and Black Bean & Pumpkin Seed Chili Relleno: charred stone fruit mole.

Second course
Pupusas (stuffed fluffy corn tortilla): huitlacoche, braised greens and crispy potatoes, curtido, salsa.

Beverage

Horchada: A refreshing rice and almond drink, perfect for summer

Dessert
Isa's Mexican Hot Chocolate Zucchini Cake: fresh vegan cashew creme and strawberry sauce.
