Here it is! We brought together two innovative pitches together with two record label entrepreneurs for a night of tech inspiration, business insight, and entertainment.
Next Thursday, August 28, we'll pack the Speak Easy in Broad Ripple to learn from Verge entrepreneurs and innovative startups. Right now, this morning, you should grab your ticket for this:
• PactSafe, a SaaS product that seamlessly manages website legal agreements.
• Eleven Fifty, a coding academy with real-world course material.
After these two 5-minute pitches (and your live questions) we'll bring the owners of two record labels to the Verge stage:
• Karl Hoffstetter, founder of Joyful Noise Recordings, a creative record label with artists like Sleeping Bag, Of Montreal, and Kishi Bashi (anyone remember Powder Keg?)
• John Beeler, Project Manager for Asthmatic Kitty Records, an independent record label started in 1999 by a community of musicians led by Sufjan Stevens
These two thought leaders are changing the way the music industry does business. They're using technology in fresh ways and each will share stories that will leave you with new perspectives for your own company.
But that's not all...
Oh no, no, no. You think we'd hype you up like that and leave you hanging?
After the fireside, we're bringing in an artist who mixes tech with music like none other. The "glorious, gorgeous, KO" will be lighting it up with a live set of her unique music.
Learn more about KO in this NUVO article >>
You're going to want to experience this. So grab one of the 150 spots while there are tickets still available.
P.S. As usual, food, beverage, and great conversations included with cover charge :)
