In collaboration with Twitter, I am pleased to announce the data viz roundup made up of speakers currently working in the data viz space.
Schedule:
6:30-7:00 Social time. There will be light snacks. (Doors close at 7pm)
7:00-8:00 Presentations. 15 minutes each.
8:00-9:00 Questions + Social time. Meet the speakers and network with each other.

Nicolas Garcia Belmonte
Nicolas Garcia Belmonte (@philogb) works as a data visualization scientist at Twitter. Nicolas' work ranges from abstract data visualization to scientific visualization. Nicolas is the author of PhiloGL and the JavaScript InfoVis Toolkit, two frameworks for creating interactive data visualizations for the Web. His frameworks and visualizations have been used and featured in a variety of companies and places including Google, Mozilla, Twitter, and FastCompany. Ryan Alexander:
An artist living and working in San Francisco, California, Ryan experiments with live visuals, photography, generative forms and digital fabrication in various capacities.
Some recent works include Streetview Stereographic, a tool for exploring Google’s spherical panoramas, and Particle Shader Toy. More of his work can be found at onecm.com and his Flickr page.
