We began the Mahalo Natural Healing Group in December of 2008 , just before we moved to this area. It is growing beautifully and recently I have been feeling that there's just not enough time to get to talk with everyone and there's so many incredible people to get to know! Now that spring is here I'm really looking forward to getting outside and going for long walks in the fresh air. There's so many fabulous trails around here and I thought, why not get together once a week and go for a walk and chat! It's a great way to get some exercise, to regenerate, to spend time with and get to know other like-hearted people and to continue to build a strong sense of community!

This group is open to anyone who shares that vision. There is no fee for attending. You are welcome to come along on your own, bring your children, your family or even your dogs! The more the merrier, everyone is invited! Bring along some water for yourself, we'll plan for the walk to be about an hour.

I'm not sure yet what day or time would work best for people, I was thinking either Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon. If you sign up for the group please check out the poll I started and indicate which day and time would work best for you. If it seems to be a split we'll alternate. We'll meet every week, except on holidays and special occasions (such as mother's day!) and people can attend as often as they like.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions just let me know. If you have any trails to recommend I look forward to hearing from you!! We're new to the area so all ideas are very welcome!!

I look forward to getting out there, to some great exercise and to some even better company!
