Fundraiser for DC Stop Modern Slavery at Capital Con DC

Capital Con DC is a science fiction/ fantasy literature and art convention hosted in the nation's capital. This year they have selected DC Stop Modern Slavery as beneficiary for their charity fundraiser. On June 20th, they will host a silent auction with items donated by featured artists and vendors. One of the featured guests at the Con is the 501st Legion Star Wars costuming group. They will be setting up an event called "Blast-A-Troop" where kids and adults can shoot a Storm Trooper with Nerf guns. The proceeds from the silent auction and "Blast-A-Troop" will be donated to DC SMS. We will have a table set up at the event and there will be a panel discussion prior to the "Blast-A-Troop".
