Due to popular demand, we will hold another Cash Flow Game Event.

3:30PM - 5:30PM - Playing Cash Flow Game

CASHFLOW® 101 - No experience necessary. CASHFLOW® 101 will teach you basic financial / investing knowledge that crucial for your success.

(In CASHFLOW® 101, you will learn how to

• Take control of your personal finances
• Manage the cash flow activities necessary to build a business
• Invest with greater confidence in real estate and other businesses

CASHFLOW® 101 was created to teach people how to become a master of money and elevate their financial IQ.)

CASHFLOW® 202 - Play CASHFLOW® 101 at least 6 times.

(In CASHFLOW® 202, you will learn how to
• Profit in up and down markets
• Create money with large/small deals, capital gains, or cash flow
• Generate "passive income" with any profession or job
• Master the tools of the technical investor like short selling, 'call' and 'put' options, and real estate options

In the real world of investing, there are winners and losers. Losers play by the old rules, hoping the market always goes up. Winners don't care if the market goes up or down. They know the new rules of money will benefit them either way.)

5:30PM - 6:00PM - Group Discussion
This is the time for you to share what you have learned by playing cash flow game. As you will find out, learning from others are great way to learn!!

Ken is this meetup organizer. He has involved in various investment / business deals including but not limited to real estate (Part owner of 170 units apartment complex in Austin TX and SFR), paper asset as well as precious metal investment. Wen Kao, Club Co-Organizer
Wen is the Wealth Producer Group co-organizer working with Ken and James. Wen started in investing career in real estate and transitioned his career to financial education & wealth management industry.
