Melody Shih
Creative Director & Director of Operations @ Graphically Speaking
Not only does Melody oversee internal and client design strategies at Graphically Speaking, she also works on the operations side to improve systems and processes within the company, helping Graphically Speaking stay at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry. As an award-winning designer and photographer, Melody specializes in user-centered design, usability, and organizational processes and management.

Rochelle Grayson, Co-Founder of ArtSites.ca (http://artsites.ca/), is a digital media executive with 20+ years of business, technology, and education experience. She has led and launched several digital initiatives, working with a combination of both small and large companies including MTV, Mattel, and SundanceTV to name a few.
Rochelle is the Industry Chair & Program Advisor for UBC's Digital Strategy Certificate Program (http://cstudies.ubc.ca/digital-strategy/certificate-in-digital-strategy/index.html) and Social Media Program (http://cstudies.ubc.ca/social-media/). She is also a Faculty Member at the Langara School of Management. Rochelle has been nominated as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by Canadian Business Magazine, awarded Vancouver’s Top Forty Under 40 by Business in Vancouver, and listed as one of Vancouver's Top 10 Technology Women.
