Only a few web designers sometimes show up, therefore, several Meetup Alliance nonprofit groups are meeting at the same event for more new contacts, better networking fun and mutual support.

These free monthly get-togethers help you to practice networking social skills and meet people who may turn out to be valuable to your career as references, referrals, professional development information, success coaches, future clients, etc. They are blessings if you keep a happy attitude and keep showing up. Even better if you volunteer to serve on the leadership Organizing Committee who are all volunteers. The co-organizers are looking for web developers interested in joint ventures. Some of the social entrepreneurial co-sponsors are also looking for web designers who have the entrepreneurial spirit and culture for being part of the leadership team of startup web projects.
