Web Tech October Meetup - SEO Basics
Details
Our first topic will be on Basic Search Engine Optimization and Marketing. Since Eric Polatty was kind enough to let us use his faculity we wanted his topic to be the first we talked about. We will have Guest speaker Ethan Giffin, of Groove Commerce (https://www.groovecommerce.com) there to talk about several elements of SEO and SEM.
We are planning on starting the guts of the meetup around 7:00pm but will have pizza and beer/soda there around 6:30pm for those hungry and thirsty after work. After Ethan is finished speaking we will have more of an open Q&A session and finish the night up with some friendly socializing.
