Webolutions Iron Chef Picnic
Highland Heritage Regional Park (map)
This will be our 3rd annual Iron Chef picnic - prepare to release your inner-chef!
We will get more details when the event is closer, but the basics are:
- you will receive a designated (somewhat unusual) food item (everyone will get something different!)
- you then can create a dish using this food
- we will vote on the best dish and eat a great meal as well
We will also BBQ burgers and brats to round out the menu!
Bring your family as well, this will be a good time for us to visit with your spouses and/or kids. There is a volleyball sand pit and putt putt golf nearby, and plenty of grassy area for frisbee

Some of the Iron Chef sides includes a fantastic heirloom tomato salad with black beans and fresh basil (Amy M), savory polenta tapas with caramelized onions and blue cheese (Kristin) and figs with goat cheese wrapped in bacon.
