What is the best route to go?
This is for a property management company. They plan on: Finding tenants,
collecting rental payments, readying property for move-in, coordinating
maintenance, and they want online review of account history for the client.
1. To be able to upload invoices(excel spreadsheet) for client.
1. Site will need a secure client login
2. Client needs to see: a)Year-to-date invoice, b)Monthly Invoices
c)Tenant's Request for Maintenance
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated and it maybe a small job for
someone if I can't do this.
