Whether you're looking for social support, new ideas to shake up a boring (or non-existent) training routine or just want to see what "This Workout..." is all about, we invite you to join TWDS.
Keeping the emphasis on FUN, we'll help you overcome obstacles through regularly scheduled "accountability" meetups in which we discuss challenges (real or perceived), share personal success stories and discover techniques to help you make regular exercise a HABIT you actually look forward to.
You'll also be invited to take part in low-cost (often FREE!) "interactive" meetups to help keep your fitness program on track. Experience new activities. Sample different exercise tools. Let us know which products or programs you'd like to try and we'll 'pull some strings' and see what we can come up with.
Members can also take advantage of TWDS resources including the message board and e-newsletters. And don't forget to check out the "files" section!
