This is for people who are looking to lose weight or just get healthy by walking/hiking. This is not a diet plan and I highly recommend seeing your doctor before starting any excercise regimen. We are just a bunch of people who want to get out and move :) I myself need to get healthy and am looking for people who are interested in walking their way to fitness. - As we grow we are learning more about the meetup and are trying to make it the best for all of us. If you RSVP Yes and are unable to make it, please call Kay or Susie (cell numbers are on each scheduled walk) so that we are not waiting for someone who is never going to show up.
