Welcome to our conversation. Passionate like minded people together exploring, learning, discovering the foundations of vibrant health and longevity. Exploring selfcare, living whole foods and ancient simple principals of health. Taking back responsibility. Developing the capacity to again care for ourselves.

Developing the awareness, the understanding to respond to unfolding imbalances in your body years before they manifest as symptoms. The insight and confidence to consciously use the fruits of natures table to gain remission from symptoms without using toxic pharmaceutical drugs, dietary supplements and damaging medical “procedures” that are marketed to us from cradle to grave.

Understanding what your body really is, how it works, what it needs to maintain balance to keep you vibrantly well. What to do when it slips. How to return to equilibrium. Learning to understand your seven physiological systems, how intimately connected they are and how to target and support each with living wholefoods.

Sharing understandings of how to live pain free in vibrant health with joy and longevity. Learning how to again follow ancient simple principals of nutrition, movement, hygiene, fasting and cleansing, healing and emotional wellbeing that in our industrial lives have slipped from attention and for which in our health we are paying a fearsome price.

Understanding the real basis of nutrition. Understanding what has sustained us throughout our evolution, not that which is passed off as nutritional science today. Understanding the myths, the falsehoods, half truths and contortions. The marketing and deception behind so much of what we are taught and where this is inevitably leading you. Learning to see what we are marketed and taught by the spin doctors of agribusiness, food giants, mass retailers, pharmaceutical and supplement industries and vested interests for what it really is.

Understanding how corrupted our notions of what food is have become and what this is doing to you daily. Understanding why in less than 100 years diseases like cancer and heart disease have gone from being so rare to now our number one and number two causes of death. Diseases that are now even affecting our children. Understanding what is going on and what you can do about it. Now.

Asking the question. What if we have lost our way? What if this is not how we are meant to be?

Understanding the principal of balance in your body and the nature of living wholefood that have kept us in vibrant health for 15 million years until the catastrophe of our industrial processed diet and pharmaceutical drugs.

Learning to see behind the myths, platitudes, spin and hype to understand what is really going on with the foods you are offered daily.

Understanding the real nature of disease and why symptoms manifest.

Sharing and learning about living wholefoods raw and cooked. Learning how to simply eat better.

Learning how to safeguard the health of your children and those not yet born.

Sorting through the maze of disinformation to gain clarity, awareness and health.

And having fun together all the way!
