Ok, the Rock and Roll Marathon is getting closer, so it is time for some speed work.
High School tracks are great. I am planning to do some repeats.
There is plenty of light to run the track from the street lights.
This is fun for every level as we get to see each other plenty of times - So, everyone - come out and meet us!!
