Want to get in shape, increase your energy level and get healthy? Come to a Stroller Strides class and you will get a "real" work out! Your first class is free so you have nothing to lose. Looking for fun for you little one? Bring them along for a Stroller Strides class.The kids always have time to play after class!

Not up to taking the class? No problem! Just join us for weekly playgroups and fun. Playgroups will be marked in the calendar as they are created.

The groups success is determined by participation. If you do not plan to be an active member this is not the group for you.
