Bushwick Open Studios 2011

One of the most exciting art events this summer, the colorful, vibrant Bushwick Open Studios 2011 (http://artsinbushwick.org/bos2011/) is coming and we are going to be there!

There will be more than 300 open artist studios, group shows and events in over 150 locations across more than four square miles of Bushwick.

We will meet at noon at little skips cafe (marked "I" on BOS 2011 map), which is 1.5 blocks away from the Myrtle Ave stop of M or J train. From Manhattan, take M (or J) subway. This Saturday, M train will be operating from 57th Street on F line. The trip will take around 25 min from 34th Street. Please note the L train service is suspended this weekend, replaced by shuttle bus in Brooklyn.

If you are late, you can call me at 917-796-1263. The event takes place over a large area, so wear comfortable shoes! Many studios will be open from 12pm to 6pm, but some even later and there will be musical and dance performances.
