Please list the name and location of the business you own or hold an executive level position in. Please state your business title or position within the company, as well.

Founder, The Academy for Womanhood

Our group will eventually grow to 100 accomplished & successful women executives and owners. Do you have the "heart" to assist your new Sisters & Friends in the continual growth of themselves and their businesses?

I moved to a city where I didn't know anyone when I was 26 yrs old, bootstrapped a company from the ground up, and sold it in 2011! It took heart and hustle to make that happen. :)

Our luncheons are held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. Are you able to attend most of these meetings?

Perhaps every other month would be more accurate.

Please list your personal and/or professional accomplishments...and do feel free to "brag a little"! Let us celebrate your achievements with you!

I started to do this above explaining one of my proudest moments of selling a company I built from the ground up. I'm proud to have earned multiple degrees. Not because that makes me any better than anyone, but because it's a reminder that I can finish what I start, even when I don't feel like it. I'm proud of my emotional maturity as a woman. That may sound simple, but life and business and relationships are challenging and require persistent maturity. I know first-hand how critical emotional maturity is. I have more to share, but we can talk about more of mine and yours at another time.

Please list your company website address and your email address, so we can learn more about what you do and let you know about our upcoming networking events, mixers, and socials!

I'm Naima, founder of The Academy for Womanhood where we teach emotional maturity, how to enjoy pleasure, and the initiation into Womanhood for women who want to grow up.

What Naima S. is saying about this Meetup Group

I highly recommend this group for business women. Parking is a challenge, but other than that, it's worth repeated visits. Thank you for your consistent efforts Diahann!
