March Meetup: Your Favorite Plugin

Almost every WordPress site relies on plugins. And once you've built one or two sites, you'll find that there are some plugins you just can't live without. On March 13 at 7:00pm, we are opening up the stage to YOU to tell the group the WordPress plugin that you think everyone should know about. Have one that saved you many hours of work? Share It! Have one that added that last bit of functionality to make a site complete? Share It! Have one that you consider an undiscovered gem? Share It!

In order to make sure we don't have 20 presentations of Hello Dolly, we ask that you please fill out this form (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dE9NNm1FbE14aUpJdF82cDhQWkdyNHc6MQ). Aaron will get back to you and confirm that you were the first person to request to speak on a plugin.

How it will work

Everyone will have 2-5 minutes to speak about a plugin they love. We will have one laptop set up and everyone will present off of that. You can either use a site that is accessible to the Internet or we can have a clean WordPress install with it ready to go on the laptop for you. No need to make slides.

Should I speak?

if you have a favorite WordPress plugin, the answer is yes. This is a great opportunity to speak to the group and share your knowledge. One of the best things about Free Software is the community that supports it. If you've been wanting to give back to WordPress, this is a great opportunity.
