They are someething that every photographer should understand and be able to shoot and shoot well. The problem is most photographers find shooting headshots boring.

While there are rules to shooting traditional head shots they DON'T HAVE TO BE BORING.

Join us aw we take a look into the how to gain a competitive edge by bending the rules to produce creative head shots that will stand out on a crowded casting agents desk.

Learn how to use the Beauty Dish, Honey Comb Grids, Directional Lighting and Color Gels to gain a creative advantage over your competition. Learn all the elements of the traditional Head Shot as brush up on your portrait lighting and then learn to add that special twist to the shot to give your client a unique product with which to promote themselves.

Walk with us from start to finish as we set up the lighting, meter and plan the posing and artistic style. Learn how to promote and market your head shot services and add this consistient revenue stream to your business.

We will maintin a 4:1 Photographer to Model Ratio for this workshop. Model Ratio will be based of confirmed attendance 48 hours prior to event

Models and Makeup artists are compensated by Real Deal Photography for their participation in all of our workshops. With that aside while not mandatory tipping is encouraged. If you are happy with the services that your models and makeup artists provide for a session please consider tipping them just as you would any other service industry worker.
