Join us for a hands on instructional evening in the Vegas Vision Studios where you will learn the studio lighting techniques used to produce beautiful sexy lingerie and boudoir photographs for the bride to be.

Boudoir photography is a fast growing market that includes several subsets of potential clients. With such a large and diverse potential client base their is a lot of room for new photographers to enter and gain a hold in this market. This is a market where you will rarely be working with professional models so in addition to learning creative lighting techniques for this style of photography we will also teach the use of fabrics and props in posing and how to comfortably interact with your non professional subject to put her at ease so you can obtain effective finished results.

We will also take some time to discuss the business side of boudoir and how to optimize our booking efficiency of this fast growing market segment. Once thought to be a service best offered only by female photographers my experience shows me that brides don't really care if the photographer is male or female as long as they are confident that they will achieve the quality results they are seeking and are presented with a professional environment where they can feel safe and secure. If you have not added boudoir photography to your services menu you are truly missing on on a market with the potential to raise your bottom line.

This workshop will be led by noted commercial glamour photographer and VVS owner Bobby Deal. Working with over 200 model sessions per year Bobby brings a unique professional perspective to glamour photography both in and out of the studio. Learn the communication and directing skills that have allowed him to become one of the top glamour photographers in the Valley.

Models will provide photographers with a restricted use model release. Photographers may choose to negotiate full use commercial releases with models. Full use rates are at the discretion of the model but will be based on a per setting fee schedule. While models and Makeup artists will be monetarily compensated by VVS for their participation in all Meet up Workshops model gratuities are always gratefully received.

Equipment requirements: Digital SLR Camera or Prosumer Point and Shoot with Flash Hot Shoe / PC Cord sync capabilities and manual shooting mode.
