Prosecco Cafe has invited our group in for Happy Hour, so join us on Monday, August 20th for an evening of great food, wine and making new connections. We visited Prosecco Cafe one year ago and since that time, they've brought on a new Chef -- Chuck Gittleman (formerly of Deck 84) -- and recently launched a new menu. They want us to be among the first to check it out.
About Prosecco Cafe: Prosecco brings an upscale Euro feel to PGA Blvd, with made-from-scratch cuisine throughout the day. Enjoy a cup of espresso to kick start your day with freshly made pastries or your favorite omelet, indulge yourself in the creative sandwiches or salads at lunchtime or stop by for a heartier dinner and a glass of wine come the evening hours. The setting is relaxed, perfect for conversation and you won’t be able to resist their homemade gelato (or even a homemade gelato sandwich).
Cost is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes 1 glass of Avisi Prosecco or a Fellini Floater (Avisi Prosecco with Pineapple Prosecco Sorbet) and a selection of complimentary hors d'oeuvres.
List of hors d'oeuvres --
- Homemade Hummus and Roasted Red Pepper Roumalade with Herbed Grilled Pita- Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Jam Crostini- Sun Dried Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Pesto with Melted Fresh Mozzarella - Roast Beef and Garlic Aioli on a Crostini- Homemade Fig Jam & Prosciutto Di Parma Crostini
After the first glass, all house wines will be sold at $5 per glass. Please remember to tip the wait staff (even on your free drink).
Great laid back environment. It was great to be able to sit down and talk to some of the new people. Wonderful food & wine too.
