WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a structured wellness tool created to help manage various situations in life instead of allowing the situations to manage us. Specifically it was developed to deal with bipolar disorder but can be used as a wellness tool with chronic illness, both mental and physical (ex. diabetes).
People sometimes create a WRAP to help them in other situations such as employment and relationships. This class is being offered as an open, on-going class. It takes about eight weeks to get through the entire tool.
Feel free to join us at any point and stay with the group as long as you wish. Please RSVP is you plan to join us so we have enough space and materials for all attendees.
