4.3 miles TUESDAYS and 5.3 miles on THURSDAYS @ 7PM *SHARP*
Meet us at 3100 Clarendon Blvd in Arlington VA. Across from the Clarendon Metro station inside the Pacers Store @ 7PM.
We have a diverse group of 20+ runners every Tuesday and Thursday at all levels. So you may run or walk all or part of the route. You will be AMAZED at how much stronger just 3 weeks of running with us will make you... Invite a buddy!!

Our purpose is to plant the seeds of inspiration and motivation for you to stick with an exercise program for the rest of your life. The Arlington Transformers Group is for beginners, novice and wannabe athletes looking to lose weight and increase energy levels. Along with group running to get you going, we will be offering free nutrition and general wellness seminars online. Announcements to come soon!
This is *not* specific training for races or marathons, although it can get you on that path fitness-wise and there is NO COST money-wise to participate. Just show up with a commitment to your physical fitness!
