Come to the “Deep Dive” at the Estero Community Center on JULY 20thfor a 90 minute presentation by Dr. Karen Effrem. The SWFL Citizen’s Alliance is sponsoring this event. This is a by invitation only meeting. At one time it was open to the public and I put a 'save the date' invitation on the 9/12 website. For that reason, you are sort of 'grandfathered' in to be able to attend this event. You MUST reserve your spot to be able to attend the event. You can either call me, Kathy Doan, at 239-246-4150 or e-mail me at AsAMomKathy@reagan.com to reserve. It will be on a first come, first served basis.

Call, e-mail or write your Florida Representative & Senator, School Board member or county commissioner to to tell them you want them to be at this event! Get the message out. We will be calling them to invite them personally, sending them an invitation plus following up with another phone call to find out if they will be attending.

At this point in the debate, citizens are no longer satisfied with their representatives not being knowledgeable on Common Core and the implication on our families and our future...
