We have changed our name to the Oklahoma Aquanauts. We here at the Oklahoma Aquanauts are local people interested in scuba diving, snorkeling and exchanging information about underwater exploration and equipment.  We are a diverse group of divers with those who are newly certified divers, divers with up to thousands of dives and even an instructor or two. But we are not a teaching organization. We can direct you to several different locations for that.

We, as a group only wish to promote diving in our area, but are not affiliated with any one dive shop but do promote all of them equally. What we do is come together with other divers to dive and get together once a month to chat about diving while having a bite or two to eat and have a good time and getting to know each other. We meet once a month in different locations, so contact us to find out were we will be for our next meeting.

We plan dives to local dive locations like Lake Tenkiller, Beaver Lake and Capt' John's Blue Water Lake "Oronogo" and extended trips to dive locations outside of Oklahoma. Our moto is " Deep space is only a dive trip away".

For the protection and privacy of our members, you must be a member of this web-site to view any other part of it. You must provide all of the information requested to become a member. This is a group of divers and most non-divers would not understand what we are chatting about, so if your not a diver you may not feel as if you fit in with us.

We do have an approval process where as you must be approved by one of the Organizers before you can post anything. We are sorry to have to require this step but, it is needed to keep out spam and non-divers just looking for information on our members.
