Comfortable and female-friendy environment to learn self-defense.  Any woman who is looking to increase her empowerment in life - physically, mentally and spiritually.  A division of United Studios of Self Defense, the largest martial arts school in North America.

Since 1968, our students have studied the unique USSD system of Kempo-style martial arts from the finest instructors in the United States. From its earliest beginnings nearly 2000 years ago, martial arts has been steeped in tradition.  Nowhere else will you feel that sense of rich history than with an affiliation with United Studios by following and participating in events and seminars hosted by United Women.

Our events will be open to the public as well as United Studio female students.  Curriculum and target audiences will change depending upon the level of martial art skill (dojo-dedicated student or casual practioner) or other self defense or fitness events being hosted.  Many of our seminars,  events and fitness classes will donate proceeds to selected charities. 

United Studios-dedicated students practice Shaolin Kempo in a more traditional martial arts format,  wearing uniforms (gis) and testing for rank (colored belts).  United Women allows the casual practioner (general public) the opportunity for introduction into the traditional arts but does not incorporate the traditional academic structure.  Should a casual practioner be interested in the more formal environment, one need only query United Studios of Self Defense on the internet, for a school / training hall (dojo) nearby.
