We specialize in group workouts that are inspired by the P90X program.
The X Fitness Boot Camp offers total body workouts in a non-intimidating, supportive, and dynamic group environment. The X stands for EXTREME RESULTS!
Please bring a yoga or exercise mat to our workouts. Resistance bands will be provided for you. Many of our exercises do not require anything more than your body weight.
Our workouts combine strength, cardio, plyometrics, kick-boxing, and stretching. These workouts will help you build incredible fitness if done consistently with a good nutrition plan. Fitness and nutrition consulting is given to everyone who works out with us. Our success is measured by your results.
Each workout will be led by members of our X Boot Camp Team who are also personal trainers and fitness coaches.
