Yoga Nidra (Integerative Restoration) is a profoundly transformative practice that leads to lasting psychological change, as well as physical and emotional healing. It teaches how to live a contented life, free of conflict, anxiety and fear and suffering by revealing our inherent ground of health and wholeness.
Yoga Nidra teaches us how to embody skills that we can use throughout our lifetime, that provide us with a sense of mastery when encountering difficult situations, and teaches us how to embody joy and equanimity throughout our daily life.

During Yoga Nidra, we will start by grounding in an intention. What brings you to the practice in this moment? Then finding a heart felt desire. What is your deepest heart's longing? What is it that your heart longs for more than anything in life? Rotating attention through the physical body, breath body, feelings, emotions, cognition, belief system, joy, I-ness, and pure awareness. Emphasis is on WELCOMING your experience and on realizing yourself as PURE AWARENESS. The meditation is about 40 minutes long.
This meditation group will meet for 4 sessions on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm (CST) The Meditation dates are 11/18, 11/25, 12/2(FULL MOON), 12/9. The fee for the 3 meditation tele-classes is $35 payable through paypal.

Please have your meditation area ready before the call. Find a comfortable position lying on the floor. Supporting the head with a pillow and covering your body with a light blanket. Leg and eye bolsters are also optional and helpful. Placing you phone on the floor next to your ear on speakerphone and on mute. It is best to use a land line phone, with speaker phone option. If you have a head set for your phone, that can be used also.
