During this presentation and Q&A session, we will take a look at the transition from waterfall to more agile strategies in IT, and the pitfalls and best practices of managing this movement. This will be a glimpse into the impact this movement has on project teams and strategies, impacts on QA processes and testing, and overall company culture, including tips to remember in order to facilitate a smoother transition.
