Hi, I’m Deepa, a certified Yoga Instructor trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from Samyak Institute, Mysore (India), with a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga. I’ve been practicing for over six years and teaching for the past few years, and I recently moved to Porto to share my love for yoga with a new community.
🌞 What’s the goal of this group?
This group is for anyone who wants to cultivate balance, strength, and mindfulness through yoga. The aim is to build a warm, inclusive space where people can reconnect with their bodies, deepen self-awareness, and find calm amidst daily life.
🤝 Who is this for?
Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate practitioner, or simply curious about yoga, you’re welcome here. The sessions are supportive, gentle, and adaptable to your personal needs — no prior experience required!
🧘♀️ What will we do at our events?
We’ll meet for guided yoga classes blending mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation. Occasionally, we may add sunrise or outdoor sessions, short meditation practices, and community gatherings focused on holistic wellbeing.
