Ọkàn movement meditation is a practice of self-exploration, connection, self-healing, creative expression and mindfulness. No dance experience is necessary, the only thing you need is the willingness to explore who you are and comfortable clothes! When you Enter into the space you are invited to explore the total release of moving your body freely. In this movement practice you are open to move, dance, stretch, scream, sweat, release, de-stress, open, let go and just be. We do this by respecting each other’s energy and together co-creating a safe space to explore our dance. You will be lightly guided in ways to listen to your own inner voice and supported in how to put what you hear and feel into movement. This inner journey will be explored with a sound wave of inspiring music from around the world ending in a relaxing meditation.
