Sound of Soul Event

本活动主要由两部分组成：
1）Chanting Hu for 20 min 唱Hu 20分钟
2）Discussion and sharing about the contemplation seed 就默想的种子（静思语）讨论分享30分钟。

Contemplation Seed（静思语）:

"Life is acknowledged to be a stormy sea. Yet so often when the boat rocks we fly into a panic, as if a boat shouldn’t rock in a storm. 人生被公认为是风暴中的大海。然而，我们却常常在船一摇晃时就陷入恐慌，仿佛暴风雨中的船就不该摇晃似的"。
