Before acting an international financial center today, Hong Kong economic is heavily based on agriculture and manufacturing in early 20th century. Due to the economic transformation, traditional agriculture and manufacturing are rapidly disappearing. We hope to use traditional local brands to make food through cooking and in the meantime allow more people to learn the story behind the ingredients. We will also regularly arrange vegan cooking classes so that people with different eating habits can learn about the local food culture together.
