In this class, you’ll rotate through numerous exercise stations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness components. Expect a blend of bodyweight, resistance, and functional training exercises, performed at your own pace, with structured rest between stations.
Whether your goal is to build muscle, improve stamina, or simply stay active, this class provides the structure and variety to help you succeed.
Each station lasts 45-60 seconds, followed by short rest before moving to the next. Complete 2–3 rounds for a full-body, energising workout.
Suitable for all levels – with options to scale up or down based on your ability.
