Join us for Group Fit, a small-group strength training session that blends full-body resistance exercises with a motivating and supportive atmosphere. You'll train in pairs or small circuits, targeting upper and lower body in a structured, easy-to-follow format.

Whether you're new to fitness or already training regularly, this class is designed to help you build strength, move well, and stay motivated by training with others.
