Film screening under dialogical encounter (Better Days 2019)

Hey Guys, save the date! This Tuesday (6 May) we are resuming our regular film screening sessions (Free Entry) at ISCSP/ULisboa.
🎥 Film: Better Days [Shao nian de ni, 少年的你] (2019), directed by Derek Tsang

Storyline: Better Days tells the story of Chen Nian, a student who finds herself immersed in a hostile environment after the suicide of a classmate. The film focuses the on-campus experiences of Chinese high school students preparing for the gaokao (高考) — the national university entrance examination, which has sparked controversy due to its competitive nature, while also being seen as a meritocratic system that offers equal opportunities to students from various socioeconomic backgrounds.
