■銭湯ランとは？

「銭湯ラン」をご存知でしょうか？
「銭湯ラン」とは銭湯のロッカールームに荷物を置いて、その銭湯の周辺でランニングを楽しむスタイルを指します、もちろんランニングの後はお風呂でリラックスすることが出来ます。
このグループは定期的に都内各所の銭湯で「銭湯ラン」を楽しむためのグループです。

■銭湯の情報

この日のイベントでは御茶ノ水の銭湯「RAKU SPA 1010」を利用します。

この銭湯は御茶ノ水と神田の間に位置していてるビルにあります。
３階のお風呂では美容効果が期待できる炭酸湯でランニング後の疲れた体を癒すことが出来ます。
2階はカフェスペースで、ランナー向けのロカボメニューなども取りそろえたおしゃれな空間です。

■ランニングコース

ランニングコースは御茶ノ水から丸の内仲通りを抜けて戻る約5ｋｍほどのコースを予定しています。
丸の内中通りでは「2024丸の内イルミネーション」が開催しており、
220本を超える街路樹がシャンパンゴールドのLED約100万球で彩られるコースを走り抜ける予定です。

一人ではつらい5kmもグループランニングなら楽しくおしゃべりしながらいつの間にか乗り切れますよ！

500円
※銭湯入浴料は別途520円かかります。

■待ち合わせ場所
19:30に御茶ノ水駅聖橋口を出たあたりで「Meetup」と書かれたカードを持ってお待ちしています。

※ボディソープ&シャンプーリンスは銭湯に用意されています。

■ランニングの後

ランニング終了後、銭湯に到着してそのまま解散となります。
時間を気にせずお風呂でリラックスして、お好きな時間にご帰宅ください。

WHAT IS "SENTOU RUN"?:

"Sento Run" refers to a running style that puts luggage in the public bath and enjoy running. Of course, you can relax with taking a bath after running.
This group is for groups which can enjoy "Sento Run" with public baths in various parts of Tokyo.

INFORMATION on "RAKU SPA 1010神田" :

The public bath that we will use at this event of this day is "RAKU SPA 1010神田".

This public bath is in a building located between Ochanomizu and Kanda.
It is a carbonated water in the bathtub on the third floor that can be expected to promote circulation and metabolism and to have a beauty effect. You can heal your tired body after running there.
The second floor is a stylish cafe space.
The menu also includes Low-Carb Meals for runners.

RUNNING　INFORMATION

The running course is planned to be about 5km from Ochanomizu through Marunouchi Naka-dori.
“Marunouchi Illumination” is being held at Marunouchi Nakadori, and more than 220 roadside trees are scheduled to run through a course decorated with about 1 million champagne gold LEDs.

We are waiting for you with a card that says "Meet up" around the exit of Ochanomizu Station Hijiribashi Exit at 19:30.
