東京で「失敗」や「挑戦」をテーマに、ゆるく話すオンラインコミュニティです。
聞くだけの参加もOKで、無理に話す必要はありません。
少人数での短いディスカッションや、軽い全体シェアを行います。
不定期開催で、1回30分程度のライトなオンライン集まりです。
参加者には、失敗談・悩み・挑戦したいことなどを1〜3個ほど考えてきてもらいます。
1人5分程度を目安に自由に話していただき、その後、いくつかのトピックについて軽く全体で話します。
日本語・英語どちらでも参加できます。

We are a casual online meetup based in Tokyo where people share experiences around failure and challenge.
You are welcome to just listen — no pressure to speak.
We do short discussions in small groups, and sometimes share insights with everyone.
Sessions are held irregularly and last about 30 minutes.
Both Japanese and English are welcome.

Participants are encouraged to prepare 1–3 topics such as failures, struggles, or challenges they want to talk about.
Each person will have around 5 minutes to share, followed by a short group discussion around a few topics.
