[Group Introduction] 
We are a group for people interested in Japanese traditional homemade-cooking with Japanese and non-Japanese people.
"Ozoni" is a bowl of soup made with vegetables and sticky rice cake.
The ingredients vary from region to region in Japan. And each mom have their own recipes.
We enjoy cooking "Ozoni" together in English language exchange.
Let's taste and compare them in east area and west area.
You can find your favorite recipes, tasting confort homemade cooking.

日本の家庭料理「お雑煮」に興味がある人の集まりです。
日本人と、外国人で、クッキングを楽しみ、試食しましょう。言語は英語と日本語です。
お雑煮は、お正月に食べる伝統的な食べ物。野菜やお餅が入ったスープですが、
地域によって材料やスープの出汁がそれぞれ違います。
さらにその家庭ならではのレシピ、おふくろの味があります。
東西の色んな家庭のお雑煮のレシピを知り、皆んなで食べくらべしましょう！
