Art Meetup にがおえ交流会♪ Let's draw each other’s face in Yoyogi park.

This event will be conducted in Japanese as the organizer speaks very little English but not to worry.
We believe that art is a tool to get along with others beyond language barriers, so please try it even if you do not speak Japanese.

In this event, while wearing a mask, you will draw each other's portraits and at the same time enjoying the feel of nature in the park. Here is the fun part! The parts of the face hidden by the masks will be drawn from your imagination while receiving hints from your partner. You will reveal the portraits to each other after you have finished drawing.

The purpose of this event is to enjoy international exchange through art, so anyone can participate, regardless of skill. It is also recommended for those who want to return to their childhood and have fun. Even if you’ve never drawn before, the organizer will follow up with you, so please feel free to join us. We look forward to having fun at drawing with our members.

• Time: 14:00 - 16:00
• Meeting place: Yoyogi Park (Around Water scenery facilities)

• Fee: ¥1,000 (yen) includes all materials
• What to bring: Your enthusiasm!
• Art materials, mat and cleaning stuffs will be provided so please come empty-handed. *Please do not cancel without notice as preparations for materials and etc will be prepared in advance for the event. If you want to cancel please inform the organizer preferably 1-2 days before the event.

This event may also be suitable for the following people:

• * I loved arts and crafts as a child.
• * I want to have friends with similar interests.
• * I want to enjoy peaceful communication.

We welcome you to join us by yourself or with your friends.

Flow of the day

1. Introduce yourself (if there are more than 10 people, omit this step).
2. Start drawing in pairs of 3.
3. Clean up.
4. Share your artwork and take pictures.
5. Before we end, let’s take a group picture.
6. Everyone is free to hangout after the session.

Precautions:

• Please wear a mask.
• If you have a cold or are not feeling well, please take it easy and take a break. It would be appreciated if you could let us know in advance. If you didn’t show up or cancel without notice, you may not be able to participate in the next class. Please understand this.

Please note:

• Solicitation of any kind, including religious, business, or other group solicitation, is prohibited. If you are found to be doing so, you will be dismissed from the group without notice. Please refrain from soliciting for the purpose of picking up women. If found, the member will be removed from the group without notice.
• Photos of the event and your work may be posted on Meetup and social networking sites. If you do not like it, please feel free to let us know.

公園で自然を感じながら、お互いの似顔絵を描こう♪

今回はマスクを着用したまま描き合っていただきます。
マスクで隠れている部分は、相手からヒントをもらいながら想像で描いてみましょう。

アートを通して交流を楽しむことが目的なので、上手い下手関係なく誰でもご参加いただけます。
童心に帰って楽しみたい方におすすめです。

お絵かきが初めてという方でも、オーガナイザーがフォローしますので、ぜひお気軽にご参加ください(*^^*)
