武道稽古会　martial arts practice event

新宿スポーツセンターで稽古会
やります。今回は空手、柔術
をやります。

日時：3/14 09:00-10:00 ストレッチ
10:00-12:00 空手・柔術
場所：新宿スポーツセンター
第1武道場
個人利用 400円

参加者は、1階で待ち合わせです。
9時以降になっても参加できます。
目安として10時までに参加ください。
到着が9時以降になった場合は、
個人利用券を購入し、受付に提出して、
会場に直接来てください。

服装は自由です。
お時間合えば、是非ご参加下さい！

entrance fee is ¥400

Participants will meet on the ground floor.
if you delay to start time
it's no problem
you could join us until about 10 a.m.
If you arrive there after start-time
please purchase an ticket for individual use
and submit it to the receptionist
and come directly to the practice place
