Struggling to move on after a breakup?
Understanding it logically — but still feeling emotionally stuck?

This webinar requires registration to attend. REGISTER HERE

This live online session explores why letting go can feel so hard, even when you know the relationship wasn’t right.
Rather than offering generic “just move on” advice, this webinar looks at what’s actually happening beneath the surface — including attachment styles, nervous system activation, emotional dependency, and the patterns that keep people connected long after a relationship ends.

This is a structured, insight-led session designed to help you understand your experience and move forward in a more grounded, intentional way.

    ### What We’ll Explore

    • Why heartbreak can feel physically and emotionally intense
    • How attachment styles shape the way we experience breakups
    • Why anxious and avoidant dynamics make letting go feel unbearable
    • Why some people stay emotionally connected long after it ends
    • Emotional dependency and loss of identity in relationships
    • Rumination, hope, and fear of being alone
    • Why time alone doesn’t automatically heal heartbreak

    ### The Breakup Healing Framework

You’ll be introduced to the 5-step healing process from the Breakup to Blessing approach, designed to help you:

    • Regulate emotional waves after relationship loss
    • Calm attachment triggers
    • Rebuild self-worth outside the relationship
    • Break repeating relational patterns
    • Move forward without suppressing what you feel

This is not about rushing healing or pretending you’re okay. It’s about understanding why this hurts — and building emotional stability and self-trust in the process.

    ### This Session Is For You If:

    • You feel emotionally stuck after a breakup
    • You struggle with anxious or avoidant attachment patterns
    • You understand the breakup logically but not emotionally
    • You keep thinking about someone you know isn’t right for you
    • You want to heal properly — not just cope

Heartbreak can feel isolating. This session offers a steady, supportive space to gain clarity, reduce overwhelm, and begin moving forward in a way that feels grounded and empowering.

Going through a breakup or feeling unsure about dating again? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to join.

This is a casual, supportive virtual coffee chat where we come together to talk openly about breakups, healing, and the sometimes-awkward process of starting again. Come with your coffee, tea, or favorite drink and join a relaxed conversation with others who get it.

The space is interactive but gentle—you’re welcome to listen, share as much or as little as you’d like, and connect at your own comfort level. I’ll offer optional guidance, reflection prompts, and light coaching for anyone who finds that helpful, but there’s no pressure to participate in exercises or receive feedback.

    What to expect:

    • A friendly, judgment-free group conversation
    • Shared experiences and peer support
    • Optional coaching insights and gentle prompts

Whether you’re freshly heartbroken, easing back into dating, or somewhere in between, this is a space to feel heard, supported, and a little less alone.
