This event is about “Vegan Bún Chay Vietnamese noodle "in Moabit.

Let’s make some vermicelli and vegan spring rolls🌺
It's a simple and satisfying lunch idea that's perfect for hot weather.
We are going to combines fresh herbs, rice noodles, summer veggies, nuts and tofu based rolls.😄
(You can adjust chili level to suit your own taste)

This is a small group cooking gathering.
We will meet in person to cook and have some good lunch.
I try to select a recipe that anyone can make easily, quickly, and inexpensively.
