We are going to cook some more side dishes too.

Shumai is a dim sum dish, that requires a lot of practice.

But don’t worry even if you haven’t made one before,

I'm going to share my easiest & fastest way in this workshop.

In this workshop, ingredients that are usually animal products are replaced with tofu.

As usual you can adjust the chili ,garlic, onion, any spice level to suit your own taste.

This is a small group cooking gathering.

We will meet in person to cook and have some good lunch😊

I try to select a recipe that anyone can make easily, quickly, and inexpensively.
